It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Mandy Lou Tiller, at the age of 81, on the 8th of May, 2024, in her home in Alvin, Texas. Born on the 22nd of May, 1942, in San Augustine, Texas, Mandy was the cherished daughter of the late Lorene Phillips.

Mandy's passion for sewing and gardening brought beauty into the world, a beauty that will be deeply missed. Her candid nature and willingness to speak her truth were traits that endeared her to many and will be fondly remembered.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, C.R. "Rick" Tiller, her daughters Wendy McPhail and Tiffany Woodward, her son Matthew Tiller, her Daughter-In-Law, Shelly Tiller, her grandchildren Jonathan Johnson, Addison McPhail, Olivia McPhail, Gavin Woodward, Alexandra Najacht, Lucas Woodward, Aiden Tiller, and Ava Tiller.

Alongside her immediate family, Mandy leaves behind her sister Alice Joy Van Doran, her brother and sister-in-law Terry & Rhonda Tiller, her brother-in-law, Gerry Ebker, her sister-in-law Rachel Wines, and sister-in-law Roxanna B., as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Preceding her in death were her beloved son, Clarence "Jason" Tiller, her brothers Royce C. and Marvin B., and her sisters Martha Ebker & Sarah Wilhite.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held to honor the life and memory of Mandy Lou Tiller. Details of the service will be provided to family and friends.

We take solace in knowing that Mandy has found peace and is reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her. Her love and lessons will remain with us always.

May she rest in eternal peace.
